WEIGHT LOSE?

I separate in the grinder and burns 500 calories/day, but i don’t do coefficient lifting my content is to retrograde weight. Is it doable to retrograde coefficient modify i don’t do coefficient lifting?

  1. Unfortunately, your body burns a lot of muscle for fuel… thus, even though you lose weight, your metabolic rate will be lower in the end… you need to lift weights to maintain your muscle and metabolic rate.

  2. Yes, it’s possible. But you’re burning flab, and you ain’t gonna have nothing under that flab except boring old skin if you don’t weight lift. It don’t matter if you lift five pounders three times a week for twenty minutes, it WILL get you toned.

  3. It is possible even though u dont lift weight. Yes, Water would help u in that way. Weight lifting would help in building muscles and not reduce it. I suggest u a good website for reference on weight and a good diet plan. Diet is a must that too an healthy one. Check it out.
