    1a) eat less.
    1b) change your eating habits. no ice cream, cake, chips etc.
    1c) no snacking
    1d) more fruits and vegetables. less rice, potatoes, bread
    2) EXERCISE. EXERCISE. EXERCISE.

    exercising will not really help you to lose that much weight but, it will tone your body and make all the guys want to look at you.

    to the best of my knowledge, there is no pill available that can cause you to lose weight.

    same as there is no pill that can make the size of your foot smaller or larger.

  2. You can’t take pills to lose weight, unless you want to have to take them for the rest of your life. Because whatever way you choose to lose weight, you have to keep doing it after you lose the weight, or it will come right back. There is no one quick fix to losing weight and keeping it off. The only real way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercise and exercise regularly and for the rest of your life. You can’t even get liposuction and keep the weight off, because all that does is remove your fat cells (which can grow back) and they will come back if you eat what you always have. This is why diets don’t work, because if you want to lose weight and keep it off from a diet you have to stay on that diet for the rest of your life. If you want to take pills for the rest of your life, then by all means go for it. If you want to get surgery for the rest of your life and end up looking worse than you did originally, by all means do it. If you want to stay on a diet for the rest of your life, go for it. But if you want to change how you look and feel about yourself, never need surgery, never have to take pills, and be able to eat what you want, EXERCISE. Nothing that is worth it comes easy.

  3. I agreee pills don’t work at all and as soon as you stop taking it then you end up gaining back all the weight you lost. Not to mention that they are a health risk. I lost 45 lbs in about a year just recently and I did it all with a healthy diet and excercise. Thats really the only way to lose and to keep it off. It’s a lifestyle change.

    don’t try pills its not a good idea they dot really work and they make you sick and nasiated most of the time
    just try to to exercise everyday if your not to good at it at least try walking on the treadmil everyday for about a half and hour it will help a lot
    i understand how you feel you want to loose some weight but it never really happens or its taking really long so you wanna try an loose it faster
    you should try eating lots of fruits
    you can try eating an apple,orange etc. or 2 before every meal and that will fill you up so you wont eat as much of your meal its also less calories than eating something else
    you could try eating soy foods or garden burgers they may seem like there nasty or something but there really good
    if you know how to cook them
    i eat lots of vegetarian food the only meat i eat is fish lol so if you want any advice with the cooking ask me ok
    believe me it may seem hard but if you really want it and push yourself b/c you want it so bad you will
    just be strong ok
